Disciples of the Shepherd Chaplaincy Agency is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to providing spiritual care, encouragement, and support to seniors in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare environments.

Our organization operates with integrity, compassion, and transparency. All donations received are used to support the mission of providing chaplaincy services, senior visitation, spiritual encouragement, and community outreach programs.

Funds donated to the organization may be used to assist with transportation to care facilities, outreach supplies, refreshments for seniors, ministry resources, and other operational needs that support our mission.

We are committed to respecting the dignity, privacy, and spiritual beliefs of every individual we serve. Our ministry welcomes people of all backgrounds and provides compassionate support regardless of race, religion, or personal beliefs.
